Lekker ruim appartement in het hart van Québec Positive: Super locatie, dicht bij het oude centrum, eetgelegenheden en bezienswaardigheden. Appartement is ruim en licht. Negative: De verlichting leidde een eigen leven met wel en niet werken en bediening die wat tijd kost om uit te vogelen. De douche heeft een waterbesparende voorziening die de doorstroom van water teveel beperkt, uiteindelijk dus een zielig straaltje water om je onder te douchen.

Fantastic ! Positive: The location is within a short walking distance of Old QUEBEC and has secure private indoor parking...wonderful in all seasons. The unit was very bright, clean and well appointed. Additionally, the kitchen had all types of cooking equipment, even a pizza pan and a springform pan. The kitchen also had basic ingredients for cooking, including olive oil, and salt and pepper. And if you were not inclined to prepare meals, every type of superb cuisine was available within easy walking distance in Old QUEBEC or Doordash. The 24 hour concierge was very pleasant, kind and knowledgeable ! As we arrived before our booking was ready, she even offered to keep our luggage in a secure spot until our suite was ready !

Personnel sympathique et accueillant. Appartement très bien situé. Positive: La proximité des attractions, tout se visitait à pied! Negative: Il manque d’éclairage surtout dans le salon , impossible d’y lire! Le drain de la douche fonctionne mal. L’évacuation se fait très lentement, d’où un résidu de savon au fond du bain qui peut causer une glissade pour la personne suivante.

Appartement moderne au cœur de Québec Positive: L’accueil est très prévenant et chaleureux, jusqu’à attendre notre arrivée même après l’horaire annoncé en fin de soirée. L’immeuble est très bien situé à proximité des principaux centres d’interêt touristiques. Les équipements sont modernes et même surdimensionnés pour de courts séjours ; l’espace pour étendre une lessive est en revanche limité. Il donne sur une rue passante mais est très bien insonorisé.

Positive: Le positionnement dans la ville. La sécurité. Negative: Les sols étaient insuffisamment propres. Nous pensons que pour un séjour de 16 jours, un ménage aurait dû être effectué à mi-parcours.

Beau condo idéalement situé et très bien équipé! Positive: Très beau condo, parfaitement équipé. Proche du Palais des Congrès et des points touristiques de Québec, des commerces et restaurants. Stationnement dans l'immeuble très pratique également. Negative: Les stores qui ne sont pas 100% occulants pour la lumière. Peut déplaire aux personnes ayant besoin d'être dans l'obscurité totale pour dormir (de mon côté ça n'a pas été trop gênant).

Overall, it was a comfortable stay. Positive: The host, the reception staff, the cleanliness, and the property's location were excellent. The reception staff was courteous and pleasant. The property's location is outstanding and very close to the old city. It was convenient to find the restaurants; various restaurants with different cuisines are close to the property. Negative: - The stove and oven were not functional. - They have two properties, so Google Maps directed us to the older one, which led us to spend twice as much on the taxi.

Highly recommended … we will be back! Positive: The location was ideal, it was a beautiful view from the unit. The Christmas market and skating ring were close by. There were numerous food options. The building was easy to find. The front desk concierge, Rachel, was lovely. Negative: Not being able to smoke on the balcony or in another designated area as it was freezing outside. Just a preference, not a dealbreaker.

The shower was very loose and dirty. The tea table was weak and could not hold any items. The staff was less cooperative Positive: Location was excellent Negative: Shower facilities were below ordinary. Cart wheel facilities were bad

Fantastic apartment. Gorgeous unit with equally great views and location. Very clean, comfortable Positive: The location was fantastic as well as the unit itself. Gorgeous. Negative: I think the only bad thing was the safety of the hot water. It was way too hot, a child could easily burn themselves if accidentally maxing the hot water.
